Toddlekind 365-Day Limited Warranty

At Toddlekind, quality and durability are at the heart of our products. That’s why we proudly offer a 365-Day Limited Warranty on any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If your product has a defect due to a manufacturing issue, simply contact us, and we’ll gladly replace defective parts or items at no cost. Shipping will also be complimentary for any replacement items covered by this warranty. Please note that any damage noticed upon delivery must be reported within 5 days.

Warranty Coverage Details

This warranty covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified items. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, neglect, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading and aging of materials over time. Items are covered for a full year from the date of purchase when used as intended.

Free Tile Replacement for Non-Warranty Damage

For Prettier Puzzle Playmats and Classic Playmats, we offer free tile replacements for any non-warranty damage within the 365-day warranty period. Shipping costs for these replacements will apply.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is available in the USA, European Union, and the UK only. Toddlekind is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, such as those resulting from scratches, pet damage, furniture weight, improper care, or water exposure. Some states may not allow the exclusion of incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Click here to submit your request
  2. Upload your photos and documents, and provide information about your claim. If you don’t have your order number, you can continue without it.
  3. Once submitted, we will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

 

Checking Warranty Status

If you’ve requested a replacement, we’ll email you with updates on your claim’s status, typically within two weeks.
