Warranty

At Toddlekind, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All items purchased directly from toddlekind.com are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by customer use.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or care, including but not limited to:

  • Peeling or damage caused by excessive water or moisture
  • Pet-related damage, including scratches or punctures
  • Damage caused by heavy furniture or sharp objects
  • Use on unsuitable surfaces, such as medium- to high-pile carpet or outdoors, which may cause warping, separation, or discoloration of the playmat

To maintain warranty coverage, ensure playmats are used only on flat, dry, indoor surfaces such as hardwood, tile, or low-pile carpet.

If your item shows a manufacturing defect, please email customerservice@toddlekind.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Batch ID located on the back of the playmat
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Filing a Complaint

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item purchased directly from our website, please contact customerservice@toddlekind.com within 3 days of receipt so we can assist you promptly.

If your product was purchased through a retail partner, please reach out to that retailer directly for help.
