SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?

-We offer free U.S. Shipping to the continental 48 states
-We can not ship to PO Box or APO addresses  

How soon will my order ship?

If ordered before 11am, your item will be shipped on the same day. After 11am it will be shipped the next day except for weekends and bank holiday´s.

Where do you ship?

Free U.S. Shipping to the continental 48 states. We can not ship to PO Box. For other destinations please see our EU or UK website.

CLEANING & CARE

What are the cleaning instructions?

We suggest you clean the printed surface of our playmats before first use. With the mat connected, gently wipe with a damp towel or a sponge using mild soap and water, then dry completely with a dry towel. Avoid using harsh or abrasive detergents. Prolonged exposure of the mat to liquids may cause damage, therefore do not use wet cloths. A damp sponge is best and please ensure the mat is completely dry.

Can I use a vacuum cleaner on the playmats?

Generally yes, however please exercise caution as vacuum cleaners vary and could cause damage to the mats if the suction power is too high.

Are your playmats water/liquid resistant?

Yes our mats are wipe clean but please do not allow them to get wet for longer periods. Excessive water can damage the surface of the mats. 

Are your playmats OK if I have pets?

No we would not recommend usage with pets which may scratch the surface area.

SAFETY

Are your playmats non-toxic?

Yes, our mats are made of premium quality EVA foam with a printed film that is tested to the most vigorous US Safety Standard and EU Toy Directive standards. All of our mats exceed requirements limiting heavy metals, lead, formamide and phthalates in children's products.

GENERAL

What are your playmats made of?

Toddlekind® Playmats are made of premium quality, non-toxic EVA foam.

 

Should I use a rug pad under the playmat?

A rug pad may be helpful with certain flooring types.

Can I connect the mats to create a different size than those listed?

Absolutely! Our mats can be assembled to fit any size room- simply attach multiple mats together.

I am not sure which color I prefer, do you offer color swatches?

Not at this point. Please take a closer look at all of our photography in our look book.

Can the playmats be placed on carpet?

A thin pile carpet is fine but we do not recommend using the tiles on medium to high pile carpeting.

Can heavy furniture or gym equipment be placed on the mats?

EVA foam is a soft material and likely to become indented with heavy furniture on it.

Can I buy extra tiles?

At this point we do not sell extra tiles.
