Yes, on orders of $150 or more after discounts. Below $150, shipping is a flat $15. Tumble Mats are $15 each, whatever else is in your cart. The Nook ships for $15 on its own, and free when you order two or more. We ship to the lower 48 US states.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Most arrive within 3-7 business days, you'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

You have 100 days from delivery to return full-price items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all inserts and accessories. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds. Exchanges have no fee. Sale items are final.

All our products carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or damage from cleaning outside our care instructions. Full terms: Warranty

The Nook arrives compressed and sealed. Once opened, the foam expands to its full shape and can't be repacked, so we accept returns within 30 days of delivery while it's still sealed in its original packaging. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund. If you ordered the double, it's returned as a pair.

Send back your unused covers in their original bag within 100 days and we'll send you another colourway, shipping on us. Return postage for the covers is yours.

Email hello@toddlekind.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. This doesn't limit your rights under applicable law.

Yes, 12 months against manufacturing defects in the foam, zips and stitching. Normal wear, fading and damage from misuse aren't covered.

Gifted Nooks follow the same rule: returns within 30 days of delivery while still sealed.

Yes. Every product is independently tested to the standards for its category: our foam and Wander Mats to EN71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA, the Nook to US CPSC requirements and EN 17191, and Kind Cloth is OEKO-TEX® certified. Details are on each product page.

Haven and Classic are cushioned puzzle mats for the home, Haven is our premium flagship, Classic the everyday essential. Wander folds into a bag for travel and outdoors; Tumble is a soft foldable foam mat for active play.

Wander mats are water-resistant and made for picnics, gardens and travel. Foam mats (Haven, Classic, Tumble) are designed for indoor use.

Foam mats wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wander mats and Kind Cloth are machine washable, they only get softer with every wash.

Our mats are made to last through several children. A playmat that outlives three kids beats one replaced every other year, whatever it is made of. We use organic cotton and FSC certified packaging. More on our materials page.
