All our prices are listed in US dollars, and you will be charged in US dollars. If you are based overseas, you can still order from our European or UK sites.

All refunds will be processed in US dollars in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Paypal or using Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards. Credit card payments are made via the Shopify Payment system which is a totally safe and secure payment gateway.

Toddlekind will never capture or store your payment information. 

Order Processing Time

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm (CET time). However we are always available via email, and will endeavor to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible- normally within 24 hours.

Your order will normally be dispatched within one working day. Orders placed after 11am on weekdays, and orders placed during weekends and UK and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: 

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, immediately discontinue use of the product and contact us at

Please include your original order number, and proof of purchase in the email and in addition photos of the defect. All such inquiries are handled on an individual basis. Policy on damaged or defective items is subject to change.

If you require guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm, please contact us by email at and we will do our best to help you. Extra delivery costs may apply.

***IMPORTANT*** If any of the outer packaging arrives damaged, you should either decline the delivery altogether OR accept the delivery but ensure that the damage is noted on the delivery note. In both cases, please contact us within three days to notify us of the damage. Please ensure that you keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.

Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at


If there is no one available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot as specified we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs that are associated with the delivery. If we are unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel your order. In this case we will only be able to offer a full refund if the products are returned to us in perfect saleable condition. Where applicable and return delivery charges apply, we will deduct the cost of returning the goods to us from your refund. In this instance original postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
