HOW DO I RETURN?
- Firstly fill in our Returns Form - we accept items that were bought within the last 30 days, they are in unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
HOW DO I CANCEL?
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Used items
- Discounted items
CAN THE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Kindly reach out to us at: email@example.com.
FILING A COMPLAINT?
If you have received a damaged item, bought on our website, or want to file a complaint, please fill out this form.
If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly.
Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund request will be processed within 7 working days. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase.
