Digital Marketing Executive – Freigericht, DE or Texas, USA (m/f/d)

LOCATION – Hybrid

Toddlekind is looking for a result-oriented, structured, and driven Digital Marketing Executive to help boost our e-commerce store and manage our digital strategies across web, email and within online advertisiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with TK customers
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across all platforms.
  • Analyse our shopify store data to optimise sales including conducting split testing to better understand our customer.
  • Plan and monitor company presence on social media, worldwideweb and 3rd party platforms
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook and Pinterest to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Working closely with our graphic designer, prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas of marketing content and updating our website
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Strategic planning, conceptualizing and executing digital marketing campaigns to our B2C customers using Klaviyo
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain relationships with the media marketing departments of our retailers ensuring our brand is represented and positioned correctly in campaigns
  • Forecast sales performance trends
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Work with our in-house graphic designer on content creation.
  • Manage the Social Media Marketing Manager and liaise with any external marketing agencies or marketing freelancers

OQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify
  • Experience of working with Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Able to process data and create reports
  • Works in a highly structured manner
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • 2 years of experience in relative field

                  SALES: 

                  • Processing wholesale orders and ensuring compliancy with requirements 
                  • Arranging shipping collections and returns 
                  • Assisting with generation of reports 
                  • Communication with warehouses 
                  • Administrative support to the Operations Manager  
                  • Logisitcs management for international freight shipments into the US.

                              OPERATIONS & SALES SUPPORT – (M/F/D)

                              RESPONSIBILITIES
                              THIS IS A DUAL ROLE WORKING IN BOTH SALES SUPPORT AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT. THE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE BROKEN DOWN AS FOLLOWS:

                              OPERATIONS: 

                              • Daily shipment status dialog with suppliers, forwarder, and 3PL 
                              • Update ETA overview 
                              • Obtain shipping documents, packing lists and invoices per shipment 
                              • Invoice approvals for all shipments 
                              • Approving invoices from forwarders and couriers 
                              • Keeping track of customs documents and providing style information if needed 
                              • Archiving of all documents per PO 
                              • Forwarder quotations 
                              • Daily follow up and coordination with the 3.PL on the coming inbound 
                              • Driving new business opportunities together with the Operation Manager

                                              SALES:
