Hi, I'm Samantha, a mother of two from Germany. In 2018, I founded Toddlekind to create playmats that blend safety, functionality, and style. Our playmats are crafted from innovative biodegradable premium foam, ensuring environmental responsibility.  We prioritize safety by exceeding EU standards and conducting regular batch testing.  Our hand-illustrated designs offer a seamless, non-peeling surface, providing the softest and most durable play area for your child.  We hope your family creates countless cherished memories on your Toddlekind playmat.

What are your playmats made of?

Our Premium and Classic Foam Playmats are made of premium quality EVA foam with a printed film (Premium) that is tested to the most vigorous standards by a third party laboratory.

Can they be used outdoors?

No, it is not recommended to use any puzzle mat outdoors.

How does the risk-free trial work?

We know that you love the Toddlekind products but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept items in new resalable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 100 days from the arrival date.

What’s included in the warranty?

We offer 365 day warranty (US) and two year warranty (EU) + free tile replacements on our puzzle mats during the limited lifetime warranty or any damage that falls outside of manufacturing defects. This is entirely at our discretion and a fee for shipping will be charged.

Do you offer replacement tiles?

For our Prettier Puzzle Playmats and Classic Playmats, we offer free tile replacements during the Limited Lifetime warranty period for any damage that falls outside of manufacturing defects. This is entirely at our discretion and a fee for shipping will be charged.
