Our Haven Playmats are made of premium quality EVA foam with a printed film that is tested to the most vigorous standards by a third party laboratory.
How does the 100 day risk-free trial work?

We know that you love the Toddlekind products but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept items in new resalable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 100 days from the packages arrival date.
What’s included in the 365-day warranty?

We offer a 365-day warranty on all of our products. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will without charge replace defected parts or items at our discretion. For more information see our warranty page.
How does the Free Tile Replacement program work?

In addition to our 365-day warranty we offer free tile replacements during the warranty period for any damage to our Haven Playmats that falls outside of manufacturing defects. For more information see our warranty page.
Can I use my Haven Playmat outdoors?
